Waited for longer than originals told and no updates on times of wait. Told an hour wait to go down for surgeries. Actually waited over 4 hours.

We have been overwhelmed by the care taken, particularly in the stroke unit. Every member of staff I have spoken to, in the hospital has been so friendly and helpful.
Suggested improvements
I found the corridor bed area rather daunting.
